14 years ago I lost a dear friend to Cystic Fibrosis. Matt died when he was in his early 20s when he passed. There have been many advancements for treatments for Cystic Fibrosis since his passing. In honour of Matt, I am running the Ottawa Half Marathon to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Canada Foundation. Any donation big or small can make a huge impact for those suffering from CF.
