Help Beatrice raise money

Hello friends,

I would appreciate any support that you can give me for this worthwhile cause, and I hope you will consider supporting my participation in this event. A contribution to this fundraiser will bring University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation programs directly to the community, and I personally know a lot of people that have improved their lives through these programs.

Most importantly they have added the Cardio Prevent, which is a heart health program that helps people with risk factors lower their chances of developing cardiovascular disease, through lifestyle changes. This is my main reason of wanting to support the institute, so that more people get access to prevention education and lead a better life.
