My Story…
My good friend Sindy Hooper has organized a team for the Ottawa Race Weekend (ORW), called Make Every Moment Count. The name of this team is inspired by her own actions. After being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January of 2013, she has lived by this dictum of making every moment count. Every ORW since then has been used as a fundraising event for pancreatic cancer research done at the Ottawa Hospital. I am hoping you can contribute to my fundraising page because pancreatic cancer can only be beaten when the researchers find the much needed answers.
