I will be running the 2k again this Saturday, May 27th at the Ottawa Race Weekend with my fantastic work team - The Good Companions.

Please support me! the proceeds will go to supporting the incredible programs and services we run for seniors and adults with physical disabilities; to help them to continue to live healthily and supported in their community!!
