Hi, this will be my very first 5 km run. I’m participating in this event to say thank you to Rideauwood. Rideauwood has been a lifesaver for a family member of mine and I’m very thankful for the amazing support that Rideauwood has provided. Please support this charity as it is very dear to close to my heart and family.
Description
Rideauwood Addiction and Family Services is a community-based addiction treatment centre in Ottawa. At Rideauwood, 40 expert and compassionate addictions counsellors support individuals and families impacted by problematic substance use, addiction and related mental health challenges.
