I am running in the Ottawa Race Weekend 1/2 Marathon and supporting the Cebtre for Treatment of Sexual Abuse and Childhood Trauma (CTSACT).
Did you know that one in theee women and one in six men experience sexual abuse by the age of 16?
I was speechless when I learned this fact.
Please help me help CTSACT with a donation. All funds raised on this page will support their goals.

CTSACT belives that everyone deserves to realize their potential and to make a contribution to the community. For 30 years they have helped children, adolescents, adults and seniors who have experienced trauma and abuse.
Support allows CTSACT to offer subsidized psychotherapy to individuals who would otherwise not be in a financial position to seek their services.
