I am so excited to support and race in honour of the Vancouver Lifeguard Association!

Growing up in Vancouver I can remember countless days spent on the beach and in the ocean.  The VLA has a mission to not only protect but empower and educate on water safety and provides meaningful connection for the community.

As a values-based Coach myself, I choose to align my efforts with companies that share similar values and the VLA is a prime example with values of Integrity, Community, Spirit, Health and Wellness!
