The Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation is a certified 501(c)(3) organization that proudly produces the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and the Cinco de Mayo – West Side Saint Paul festival each year.
As a non-profit organization, we rely on sponsorships, memberships and donations from our local community to support our on-going activities.
