My Story…

I will be participating in the 2023 Stair Heroes event on February 19th. 

During this event, the general public, along with first responders (Police, EHS, and firefighters) will climb the 36-flight stairwell at Scotia Square. 

To make it extra spicy, HFRE firefighters will be doing this challenge wearing 75 lbs+ of protective gear to show our support for lung health!!

Lung related complications are the number one killer of Firefighters and all funds raised go directly to the Lung Association of NS. 

If you would like to make a donation, it would be greatly appreciated. Any little bit makes a difference!


Description

We thank you for helping to raise vital funds to support the one in five Nova Scotians and Islanders living with lung disease! Funds raised will support programs and services, education, research and advocacy.
