Guest Celebrity Race Starter
Lou Tilley is this year's race starter. Lou will be on hand before the race to meet and greet runners. Come out, say hello and have your photo taken with a local legend.
 | Lou Tilley has been a television sports anchor, content creator, producer and media executive for more than 40 years. Many will perhaps remember Tilley best during his career as sports director, anchor and play-by-play broadcaster for KYW-TV, CBS 3 and Comcast Television in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Lou won 5 Emmys during his time at KYW – TV, for his enterprise reporting. In total, Tilley has won 11 Emmys during his career to date |  KYW- Channel 3 |

- Early-bird registration ends December 1, 2023 at 12:00 am. (Save $10)
- December 8th is the last day to register and be guaranteed a shirt.

 OPTION 1: TRACK WITH THE RUNKEEPER APP  Step 1: Connect your registration On your mobile device, download the app and add your registration by clicking the button below.

 OPTION 2: MANUALLY POST RESULTS If you plan to record using another software or tracking device and need to post manually, simply head to results page and “Submit Virtual Result”. - Multiple event distances or participants under one Race Roster account
If you signed up for more than one distance within the same event, or signed up multiple individuals for the same event, please visit your Race Roster dashboard, select this event and then use the “Connect to App” button for each event distance or person. To send to a friend, copy and paste that connect to app button link and share it with them. - How to record your participation with the Runkeeper app
To record your participation with the Runkeeper app, you will need to track your activity using your phone or with a connected wearable. You can track your participation using your Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple Watch earlier. You must download the Runkeeper app and connect your device prior to starting your activity. Please make sure you run the full distance (to the decimal point) to ensure your result is posted.

At this time, the Runkeeper app is unable to link to Suunto, Coros or Polar, but you can use your iPhone or Android.

1The Kid's 400m fun run is a free event for all kid's 10 years old and younger. No registration is required. Just show up and enjoy the festivities including the face painting and the photo booth.
Post Race Party
- The post race party will be in the stadium portico.
- The area will have heaters, tables and chairs.
- Beer and seltzers compliments of NKS Distributors.
- Free pizza, chocolate chip cookies, other snacks and drinks.
- Raffle winners selected.

Tyler Brown was the literal embodiment of a Salesian Gentleman. Filled with gentle strength, Tyler lived authentically and fully until his life was tragically cut short by a car accident in his senior year. A decorated artist, athlete and student, Tyler lived to serve and inspired his classmates through service, friendship and zeal.
