Souls Harbour Rescue Mission exists to RESCUE people from poverty, addiction and despair, by offering emergency help, such as food and clothing, life-changing programs, and a message of hope. Souls Harbour is located in Halifax, Truro, Bridgewater, the Eastern Shore and soon to be in Cape Breton! 

Each of our drop in centers feed 400+ meals everyday and offer hundreds of essential items such as clothing and toiletries for free through our Free Mart program. Our Men's LIFE Recovery program offers men battling addiction a chance to start fresh by providing housing, daily classes and a co-op program. The Women's and Children's Home is a safe haven for women and our NEW affordable housing apartment building for women is set to open in May 2023!
