I chose this charity after doing some research. Pathway to Progress are a group local to Halifax that care deeply about educating youth in the global south. Their yearly spending is responsible and just as importantly, selfless.

A little money can go a long way in Central America, making this an effective cause to donate to, even if the amount is small.
