The Talent Trust provides scholarships and special awards to emerging Nova Scotian artists studying music, dance, theatre, film, visual arts, literary arts, circus arts, craft, and design. In 2022, we gave $118,500 to aspiring artists when they need it the most. Every dollar raised goes directly to our scholarship fund. Thank you for your support!
Description
Over the last 75 years, the Talent Trust has supported over 1,000 Nova Scotians studying in the arts. We believe in the creativity of our up and coming artists. They enhance our communities and our cultural landscape. The scholarship recipients tell us that it's not just the monetary support but also the acknowledgement of their hard work through their professional peers (our jury panel) that gives them confidence to continue to follow their passion.
