Help Jenny raise money

I've been volunteering or working for One Eighty since 2015. My heart is with the people here who persevere and overcome challenges of all kinds - addiction, poverty, abuse, trauma, abandonment, and so much more. I have the deepest of respect for the people who face these challenges, lean into the Lord, and overcome.

One of these people was Jeff Breheny. He was my first "employee" when I became the Prevent Coordinator and we worked side by side for 4 years - serving families with beds and food, organizing baseball and basketball teams, hosting basketball camps and golf clinics, and sharing the good new of Jesus with kids. Jeff always "knew a guy" who could help with that and was wiling to pull out the grill and make some hot dogs. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure kids had a smile and families had resources. (I tried to find a picture of us together, but one of us was always behind the camera!)

I'm "Running for a Reason" on Team One Eighty this year in memory of Jeff. Your support for my 5K run goes directly to supporting others like Jeff who have asked One Eighty for help to find freedom and a future of hope. And then reached a hand out to the man or woman behind them who needed a mentor and a friend who'd been down that road. It's my joy to know about 50 such people right now and I'm inspired daily by their courage and guts. I get to see how God is working in their lives and celebrate with them. Thank you for contributing to my run and supporting the work of One Eighty.
