2023 Loop the Vedder
Trail Half Marathon & 10K
The 5th annual Loop the Vedder Trail Race is coming October 28, 2023!
We've got some exciting plans in the works for the 5th anniversary edition of this family friendly community favourite trail event. Stay tuned for the reveal of race day surprises as we lead up to this year's event.
Get off the road and hit the trails! This scenic course boasts a fast and flat gravel terrain and winding single-track sections. Set along the majestic Vedder River in Chilliwack, BC, this fantastic half marathon loop is set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Chilliwack River Valley and views of the Cascade Mountain Range.
A minimum of $5 per race registration is donated back to Chilliwack trail networks and increasing access to trail initiatives for youth through the Chilliwack Park Society. You can further support these efforts with an additional donation during registration.

Kids fun run. Distance ~1km.
Transfer/Deferral/Cancellation Policy:
All entries are non-refundable and there will be no race-day entries. No exceptions. You may purchase optional RegShield event protection during registration.
Up to 30 days before race day you can receive a 100% deferral* of race fees towards the following year’s race, or transfer your spot to another runner as indicated above.
* Deferrals are only applicable for the following year’s race. Entries can only be deferred a single time, to a single event.
Race management reserves the right to adjust and/or modify, amend or cancel events at any time. In the event that changes and/or adjustments are necessary, race management will advise all registered racers of updates (via the email provided during registration) to allow for any amendments required by participants in preparing for the race.
In the event of cancellation of the event for reasons including, but not limited to, weather, forest fires, wildlife, acts of nature, war, strikes, Covid-19 Public Health Orders, or other circumstances, all entries will be automatically deferred to the same event in the following year. No registrations will be refunded.
You can move down in distance from the Half to 10k until close of registration; you can not move up in distance. If you decide to move down in distance, no credit will be provided for the difference in entry fee.

Additional Notes:
1. Online registration closes at 11:59pm on October 25, 2023.
2. An online processing fee will be applied to your registration for this event by Race Roster.
3. 5% GST will be applied to your registration.
4. VISA, MC, Amex, and Discover Card accepted.
5. All funds payable in CAN dollars.
6. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Race Roster or Peaks-N-Valleys or Loop the Vedder for your registration into this event.
