My Story…
To my dear friends, family & colleagues,
I am once again participating in this year’s October 15th TCS Run and Charity Challenge for Gilda’s Toronto, a cancer support organization. By supporting me in this event, you are helping Gilda’s Toronto provide cancer support groups and programs free of charge to adults living with cancer and support to their teens and children. This is a milestone year for me personally as I just celebrated 20 years at Gilda's Toronto. I know we make a huge difference in helping people relieve cancer related stress not only to the person with cancer but to their other family members as well . As one of our young 20's and 30's group members said: "while the medical system made sure I lived, it was truly Gilda's Toronto who gave me my life back." Please consider supporting me in this event so Gilda's Toronto can continue to fulfill our vision: to help people live, while living with cancer.

Please support me as I run for Gilda’s Toronto in the October 2023 hybrid TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon, ½ Marathon and 5K. Gilda’s Toronto provides cancer support programs free of charge to adults living with cancer and support for their teens and children who are experiencing cancer-related stress as a result of living with someone with cancer. They also provide bereavement support to those who have lost someone to cancer. The need for Gilda’s has never been greater. Since the pandemic, many more people with later-stage cancers have sought support from Gilda's Toronto. Your donation will help make it possible for people impacted by cancer, to access and receive the support they need to reduce isolation and cancer-related anxiety. Your donation helps ensure that individuals and families affected by cancer continue to receive the emotional, educational and health-focused cancer support they require. By supporting me, you help Gilda’s Toronto continue to fulfill their vision: “to help people live while living with cancer”. Thank you.
