My Story…
Once again I am participating in this year’s TCS 5K Run and Charity Challenge for Gilda’s Toronto, a cancer support organization. Every year, I run with my friend, Elana, Gilda’s Club Manager and a cancer survivor. I also run in memory of my late aunt, Bernice.
By supporting me in this event, you are helping Gilda’s Toronto provide cancer support groups and programs free of charge to adults living with cancer and support to their teens and children.
Gilda’s also provides support programs to those who are bereaved from losing someone to cancer.
Please consider supporting me in this event to help people live, while living with cancer.

Please support me as I run for Gilda’s Toronto in the October 2023 hybrid TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon, ½ Marathon and 5K. Gilda’s Toronto provides cancer support programs free of charge to adults living with cancer and support for their teens and children who are experiencing cancer-related stress as a result of living with someone with cancer. They also provide bereavement support to those who have lost someone to cancer. The need for Gilda’s has never been greater. Since the pandemic, many more people with later-stage cancers have sought support from Gilda's Toronto. Your donation will help make it possible for people impacted by cancer, to access and receive the support they need to reduce isolation and cancer-related anxiety. Your donation helps ensure that individuals and families affected by cancer continue to receive the emotional, educational and health-focused cancer support they require. By supporting me, you help Gilda’s Toronto continue to fulfill their vision: “to help people live while living with cancer”. Thank you.
