My Story…
My name is Dave Smith and I am a member of Beardy's and Okemasis Cree First Nation and I currently live in Toronto. This race will be my second full marathon. Helping to support people dealing with issues like intergenerational trauma is very important to me, so I am again fundraising for the Anishnawbe Health Foundation, as it provides very important and much needed holistic and healing supports to the First Nations, Inuit, and Metis community.
