My Story…
Every year I ran a half marathon in memory of both my grand mothers. Rita Bourgon & Jeannine St-Louis. This year I will be running the full marathon! Very exciting. Long distance running is not only a physical barometer for me, but a time to think, and meditate. A time to remember, and in a poetic sense a time to commune with those who have passed.

Thus for myself at least, I want their memories to nurture my future actions. So I'll be donating and running :)
