What better way to set and reach a goal than to sign up for a race! I've been testing my running legs and I think I'm ready.
Between knee pain and an ulcerative colitis flare, getting back into running has been a challenge. Everything has been getting better lately and I couldn't pass on this opportunity to take part in an event that also has a fundraising component for Crohn's and Colitis Canada.
