For the second year, WoodGreen is Charity Partner at the TCS 2023 Waterfront Marathon! Last year with your support and generosity WoodGreen was able to reach an impactful goal of 140+ participants running for #TeamWoodGreen and fundraising $25,000+.  

As the excitement begins, we warmly invite you to join WoodGreen Community Services – rally as Change Makers and together let us initiate the conversation around the myriad of #UNMET social needs in Toronto. While we train our mind and body to run the marathon, let us also be part of a movement to create a more equitable city and support people who are UNhoused, UNemployed, UNsafe, UNwelcomed, and UNsupported.

Since the pandemic, the inequity gap in Toronto has widened as never before and the fundamental needs of many individuals and families are shockingly #UNMET. Countless residents are UNseen, UNsupported, UNsafe, UNwelcome, UNemployed, and thousands of individuals are UNhoused. WoodGreen is raising the alarm and leading the change to create transformational change.
