One of A Kind Pet Rescue

OOAKPR is a no-time-limit, no-kill rescue in Akron that is dedicated to saving pets in imminent danger of euthanasia from pounds and puppy mills.  For eighteen years we have rescued over 40,000 cats and dogs in need.  We are a private organization funded only by donations. The organization is dedicated to saving animal lives, rescuing pets in imminent danger of euthanasia, spaying/neutering and adoption of homeless animals into appropriate, loving homes. To date, our clinic has provided over 155,000 spay/neuter surgeries.
