As many of you may know, our avó Liberia has mixed dementia, so this initiative holds a special spot in our hearts! Alzheimer Society of Toronto is an exceptional non-profit organization that offers a variety of programs, information, and supports for those with dementia and their families/caregivers. They also have an important role in advocacy and increasing public awareness of dementia. If you have the means to donate, we would greatly appreciate it! :)
