The Crim Training Program is one of the largest of its kind, and is the best way to get moving and stay active with fellow runners and walkers all summer long! The 15 week guided training program consists of a weekly training session and monthly training calendars to help you prepare for your Crim 10 Mile, Half Crim, or 5K.
Want to train for your Crim race wherever you are? Register for one of our "Train Where You Are" options! You'll follow our proven training calendar from May-August and have access to online support and resources.
How it Works
- Groups for runners and walkers of all paces training for the HAP Crim Festival of Races 10 Mile, 5 Mile, and 5K races
- Weekly training runs/walks on Tuesday at 6pm (morning groups are also available) from May through August
- Group Leader guidance and encouragement at all group workouts
- Workouts designed to help you meet your goals
- Online resources to aid you in your training (saved routes, technology tutorials, and more)
