My Story…
Since 2017, my family and I have participated in the Butterfly Run in honour of our dear son Michael who passed away earlier that year.
The work at the Roger Neilson House and particularly the Perinatal Bereavement Program was vital in helping us move through the loss. They offer free private counselling, group therapy for mom, partners and even siblings. It’s a safe space to talk, cry, yell or even be silent all at once. Over 1 in 4 pregnancies may end in loss. Let’s not keep this taboo. Please donate.
***This year, Darlene is bringing back her HOMEMADE APPLE PIE CONTEST****.
The top 3 donations will get a homemade apple pie, with apples made from my own backyard! (Minimum donation for the pie prize is $50).
