My Story…
Five years ago I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. To say it was a shock is an understatement. At first I didn't want anybody to know. Almost a year afterwards, I attended my first PD conference in San Diego. It was then that I found the right doctor (thanks, Dr. Melissa Houser), was put on the correct medication, and met Mike Reeder, our fearless leader of Rock Steady Boxing (Downtown). I have met amazing people in the Parkinson's community who have changed my life for the better. We can find a cure.
Last year was my first year of fundraising and I raised over $6,000! Please help me reach my 2023 goal of $7,500. Any amount you can afford to donate is welcome -- it is so appreciated.
