This year marks my 6th year of being a part of the Run Jen Run 5K & Festival…even when the pandemic shut things down, we still did a virtual run through the streets of Olde Providence. Rain or shine, hurricane force winds or snow, we set up in the dark, cheer on survivors and thrivers, recognize our grantees and hug old friends and make new ones. It is such an emotional morning that always leaves me feeling so immensely thankful for being a part of the Go Jen Go organization, my support system that still shows up for me and all the women who need it today and tomorrow, and the fact that I am here to live life and make an impact. I encourage you to be part of this day whether in person of virtual, I promise you will feel the same immense joy that I do and you will be part of making someone else’s journey just a little bit easier.
