The Chocolate Turkey 3 Mile

Thursday, 11/23 (RACE DAY) - VERY LIMITED PICKUP
7:00am to 7:45am - RC Outfitters, please enter through side door
NOTE: at 7:45am the side door to RC Outfitters will be closed

Participants in both races receive a triblend raglan sleeve crewneck Chocolate Turkey race shirt, a 3.5 oz solid chocolate turkey, and best of all - post race chocolate goodies.

Race shirts and chocolate turkeys limited to the first 1750 registered

3.5oz Chocolate Turkeys Ingredients: Sugar, milk, cocoa butter, chocolate liquor, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), & vanilla Manufactured in a facility which also makes products containing milk, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts & wheat

7:00am - VERY LIMITED Packet Pickup OPENS inside RC Outfitters

7:45am - Packet Pickup CLOSES - Door to RC Outfitters will be closed

7:55am - National Anthem

8:00am - 5K START

8:05am - 1 Mile Run/Walk START

8:15am - Post Race Chocolate Line OPENS

8:30am - Awards Table OPENS for Age Group Winners

Parking is available at various lots along the Peoria Riverfront. Street parking is also available anywhere downtown. DO NOT park in the underground garage behind the Peoria Riverfront Museum.

3 Mile Age Group Awards: Top 3 Males & Top 3 Females 18 & Under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over
Awards are Tanners Orchard Carmel Apples

1 Mile Overall Awards: Top 1 Male & Top 1 Female
Awards are a Triple Chocolate Jumbo Caramel Apple

1 Mile Age Group Awards: Top 3 Males & Top 3 Females 12 & Under, 13-18, 19 & Over
Awards are Tanners Orchard Carmel Apples

NOTE: there will NOT be an awards ceremony. Please check the results after you finish to see if you placed in the top 3 of your age group (division). If you placed in the top 3 in your age group, head over to the results table to claim your Tanners Orchard Carmel Apple award.

Due to the perishable nature of the awards, awards cannot be picked up after the event.
