Connect by Nova is not-for-profit committed to supporting Caymanians and the wider Cayman community to achieve career success through guided access to education, training, and employment. Our vision for Cayman is to have a national workforce that is resilient, agile, and that can continually develop in line with global business needs, occupational patterns, and growth.
We work in partnership with the Cayman Islands Government, private sector corporate sponsors and individual donors to provide free work readiness trainings, resources and 1-on-1 career advancement sessions to our community.
