Redemption Run 5K

FUNDS DISTRIBUTION

ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE RACE BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS WORKING TO ERADICATE HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND HELP THOSE BATTLING ADDICTION HERE AT HOME AND AROUND THE WORLD.

Thanks to your generous support of Central Church’s annual Redemption Run 5K, thousands of people were impacted.

In 2022, you gave funding to prevention and awareness through a ministry that travels the country, educating both youth and adults on purity. You supplied the start-up needs of a trafficking safe-house that opened in North Carolina in the Fall of 2022 - what a blessing to place a phone call to tell them their entire Amazon wish-list was being fulfilled!

Your funding went around the world. In Tanzania, you provided a loom, sewing machines, startup tools and staffing for a school that equips women with a trade that will sustain them financially so they can escape trafficking as their only means of survival. We are already seeing graduates from that program who are starting their own businesses in sewing and cosmetology.

You gave to a rescue agency that provides safe houses and outreach centers to women and protects and educates their children in group homes globally. Right in our hometown, you helped us take a team of women to a rehabilitation center to minister to women who have suffered from addiction. Together, we provided haircuts, nail treatments, makeovers and massages while pouring into them the message of the salvation through Jesus Christ.

You provided food to addicts living on the streets through several inner-city ministries.

The work is on-going, and we look forward to continuing these important, life-changing efforts in 2023.
