My Story…
I am running to raise awareness of this awful disease that has hit too close to home. I am running in an attempt to urge decision makers to allow earlier, preventative screening, especially for those with a family history of cancer and polyps. I am running because my doctor and NS Health told me that I was too young for testing and I was forced to go outside of my province. I want things to change. I want to change the stigma.
