I am participating in Bumrun this year on behalf of the Colorectal Cancer Resource & Action Network (CCRAN), where I am proudly leading strategic value-based healthcare initiatives, to optimize patient care pathways and outcomes, as their Chief Research Officer. Too many of us have friends and family members who have been affected by colorectal cancer, these days more often before they even reach the age of 50. We’ve experienced the shock of the news, the fear of the unknown, and their varied healthcare journeys and outcomes. The good news is that colorectal cancer is 100% preventable and treatable. But timely screening and diagnosis are imperative! CCRAN’s evidence-based Patient Programs serve to facilitate access and support patients in their healthcare journeys to attain the best possible outcomes and overall wellbeing.
