My Story…
Hi Friends and Family!
As many of you know, my incredible mom works for a non-profit organization called Valo.
Valo provides teens and young adults with the spaces for difficult discussion. Valo aims to not only help teens navigate challenges on their own, but also to support them in bringing newfound skillsets and perspectives back to their home communities to help create positive change.
This year, Valo is the primary beneficiary of the renowned Beach to Beacon 10k in Cape Elizabeth.
In just over a week, on August 5th, I will be running the B2B in support of Valo as they work to expand access to students across Maine.

On their transformational retreats, Valo creates a space where teens from a cross-section of communities come together, connect meaningfully, and tend to their emotional wellbeing. Empowered and with a renewed sense of themselves, these young people go on to impact their communities in real ways for the good.
