My Story…
This year I decided to run the Beach to Beacon as a team to celebrate my husband Eli who turns 50 this summer! I signed him up as a surprise and together we are training and getting back into shape. I can't think of a better way to celebrate him while raising money for a great cause and focusing on being more healthy and building up our fitness with this goal. On their transformational retreats, Valo creates a space where teens from a cross-section of communities come together, connect meaningfully, and tend to their emotional wellbeing. Empowered and with a renewed sense of themselves, these young people go on to impact their communities in real ways for the good.
