The 2023 Rainbow Cup Tobago is an International Triathlon held in Tobago W.I (in the Caribbean). Competitors come from all different islands and as far as from the UK, Spain, Canada and Germany. There is a Sprint Distance Triathlon, an Olympic Distance Triathlon and many other events such as a 5k Run, Team Relay Triathlon and Kids Triathlon events all in one day.
