My Story…
I have lost so many people in my life to suicide, and I am choosing to honor them by participating in this year's Life;Story 5K run/walk for suicide awareness and prevention. I'd love if you would join my team - Step Up for Suicide Prevention! You can walk or run on September 9 at Harry Crisp Sports Complex or you can walk/run virtually anywhere September 1-9.
I would also love for you to help me raise funds to support crisis services for our community. Depression is treatable and suicide is preventable, so let's do all we can to help those who need our help.
