My Story…
As a mom of two and a wife to a health care professional, putting our family's health at the forefront is important. I have decided to work my way up to running a full 26.2 mile marathon and the Angels Baseball 5K will be the first of many races to achieve this goal!
I will be running on behalf of our business, Anchored Psychiatric Nursing Services Inc. Anchored is a mental health practice in Orange County that was started in 2018, just 1 week after our son, Turner, was born. This practice has not only been a huge support to our family, but also to our community as we continue to see a need for supportive mental health care.
I chose the Angels Baseball 5K since their foundation heavily supports education in our community. One of the pillars to our practice is education and supporting those as they are learning in the medical field.
