I'm excited and grateful to be running the 2023 Falmouth Road Race on Team Calmer Choice for the second year in a row and as Team Captain! 

Calmer Choice's mindfulness-based programming teaches skills to both children and adults to improve stress management, increase emotional regulation, focus, and attention, and foster health, well-being, and a more positive outlook. By teaching these skills in both school and community settings, and now virtually through online offerings, Calmer Choice is creating safer, kinder, healthier, and more supportive families, schools, and communities. They have served more than 40,000 people since they began 12 years ago and are considered pioneers in the field of secular mindfulness.

As someone who utilizes mindful-based practices each day to maintain a healthy mental and emotional mindset, I know first-hand how life-changing the skills taught by Calmer Choice can be.
