I am so excited to be part of the NHS Fab-5 Falmouth team again this year. I cannot express how proud to be running Falmouth for and supporting the work of NeighborWorks Housing Solutions (NHS).
NHS provides affordable housing, education, and resources to more than 20,000 households in my community.
On a personal note, the past two years have been incredibly challenging for me. What has helped me tremendously has been having the opportunity to exercise and let go of the stress and challenges weighing on me. Running helps me be better mother, wife, and person.

Description
Our runners have been working hard, pounding the pavement, to get ready for this year's Falmouth Road Race! Show your support and let them know how much you appreciate what they are doing to help people in our neighborhood.
