This is the Team Captains Fundraising page.
We all support the Valeria Foundation at 2023 Falmouth Road Race to honor our daughter, granddaughter and friend Valeria. We organize this charity team in memory and to honor Valeria, who passed away on September 5, 2021 at the age of 3 every year.
Valeria suffered from a devasting ultra rare disease called "de novo mutation on the KCNT1 Gene". Valeria was a fighter and she has accomplished so much in her life that was way too short. Valeria made friends around the globe, was an advocate and embassador for the ultra rare disease community. She raised money, funded research programs at Harvard University and Yale School of Medicine. Made people work on her own individualized  n of 1 drug called "Valeriasen" and was the most beautiful daughter one could have ever imagined at the same time. We miss our little angel every day and we thank you so much for supporting the Valeria Foundation!
