My Story…
2019 was a bleak year; Chris and I were struggling to find a way to help Caroline work through her grief and fear from losing her friend and classmate, while also trying to figure out how to help her friends and our small community.
William's goal of Be Yourself became the inspiration that we needed to manage through the complicated emotions of grief in a healthy way that brought our community together. We aspire to continue William's intention not only for our kids, but for our broader community. I'm profoundly grateful to be part of an organization that continues William's wise and insightful intention.
I'm running with Caroline so we can raise funds to continue the work of WBYC to help us all be ourselves.
