Since, Annie joined our world in August 2019, the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress has been a vital part of my motherhood journey. The MDSC has provided infinite resources to me and my family- from opportunities to connect to other families and create friendships with other amazing moms to learning ways to enrich Annie's life.
This special community has allowed for us to experience that a Down syndrome diagnosis is not only manageable but life-changing in the most remarkable way. Normalizing a Down syndrome diagnosis beyond my "circle" has become a true life mission and I'm grateful to have the chance to bring more awareness to this beautiful life.

This August I will be running as a member of Team Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress (MDSC) for the ASICS Falmouth Road Race in support of individuals with Down syndrome.
