Help James raise money

Hi Everyone,

As many of you know, I moved back to Massachusetts a little over a year ago.  Its great to be back here among friends and family after being away for the previous 5 years.  When I came back I noticed my friend Tim Richer was running in the Falmouth Road Race and raising money for the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress (MDSC).  I thought instead of just donating why not be part of this as well?  Tim has an amazing son Josh with Down Syndrome who is a huge fan of the Bruins and supporter of the MA State police.  This is for him.

Plus, I'm getting older and quickly realizing I need to start prioritizing my health.  I need to start eating better, training more and taking time for myself.  Even when I was younger and in much better shape I never did anything like this.  It is a huge motivator and it'll be an accomplishment I'll always look back on.  This is for me.
