My Story…
I am running the Falmouth Road Race this year in honor of Wellstrong. Wellstrong is a community that helps individuals that suffer from substance use disorder find healthy coping skills through wellness to maintain sobriety. This will be my 3rd year running for Wellstrong and I couldn’t be more excited! Wellness has played a huge part in my recovery the last 4 years, and I have witnessed it touch many other peoples lives. Wellstrong has a community of people unlike any other and it provides a safe, healthy environment for people in all stages of recovery. Can’t wait to tackle this course again!
