Help Olivia raise money

For participating in The 2023 ASICS Falmouth Road Race

Support CCALS!

I am running in my first Falmouth Road Race this August! I am super excited and feel lucky to have the opportunity to be a part of a race that will support so many amazing causes, especially Compassionate Care ALS (CCALS). I am running to raise money for CCALS because they supported my Uncle John as he fought ALS ; an incurable, rare, and terrible disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. CCALS provided services to my uncle and his family that were crucial to his fight. Unfortunately, my Uncle John passed away in 2018 from this disease. He was the most caring, loving, and supportive person, and his legacy will always continue to live on. Please consider donating to my fundraising goal of $1500. All proceeds go to CCALS, so they can continue to support families who are affected by ALS.

Description

CCALS offers an innovative and holistic range of services tailored to meet the needs of individuals with ALS and their families. The services we offer are typically not covered by insurance. CCALS works with families in New England, across the United States, and internationally. The organization provides resources including equipment, educational workshops, Medicaid assistance, guidance and awareness in living with ALS, caregiving, and end-of-life issues.  All funds raised through the Falmouth Road Race go directly to assisting families with ALS.
