My whole life has revolved around mental health! Fortunately there have been some incredible educational programs that have been responsible for helping guide the most important people in my life. Our story has helped others and we will continue to spread the word…. “It’s ok, we are all here for each other and there is nothing to be ashamed of.”

We believe that with education and awareness, we can work together to decrease stigma and open the door to conversations about mental illness. Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
