My Story…
This is my first year running the 2023 Falmouth Road Race and will be doing so in support of the nonprofit organization, WellStrong.
WellStrong is a community environment that supports anyone with a desire to maintain recovery through fitness, mindfulness and other wellness activities. The support of peers, all aiming to achieve their goals, creates an environment of healing, strength and empowerment.
I'm proud to be a part of the WellStrong team and support their mission in helping those in recovery get stronger physically and emotionally. Thank you in advance for your generosity + support!
