My Story…
Please help me support those in recovery.
This year, I am again running the Falmouth Road Race in honor of my late cousin, Ahmad, who passed in November 2021 after a long struggle with mental health and substance use disorder.
To help those among us who are in recovery, or will be in recovery, and to give them a better chance, I am raising funds for Wellstrong, a fitness and wellness community on the Cape in the town where Ahmad grew up. I run in his honor. Thank you.
