Help Emily raise money

Hello friends and family! I am reaching out to ask you all for your much appreciated support in reaching a very special goal of mine this summer. In August, I will be running in the Falmouth Road Race for The Be Like Brit Foundation, a non-profit organization dear to my heart. Be Like Brit works to continue the legacy of Britney Gengel, whose mission was to serve the less fortunate lives in Haiti before she was tragically killed in the 2010 earthquake. Be Like Brit then was founded, and Brit's Home in Grand Goave, Haiti was built to honor her memory and is home to 66 amazing children and welcomes over 1,800 'Britsionarys'. I myself am a Britsionary, and had the privilege of traveling to the orphanage in 2019 which was a life changing experience for 16-year old me. In just 5 days, our team had built a home for a family, and the kids at Brit's Home taught me so much that still has a lasting impact on me today. I'd like to ask for your support in the form of donations to reach my goal of $1000, which will help serve the children of Haiti and Brit's Home through creating and sustaining a safe and nurturing home while developing a sense of social responsibility and community involvement through care and higher education.
