In August I will run the Falmouth Road Race, a race that I along with many of you, have run in the past. This year I will be running again to raise money for a terrific cause - a team in support of the Ronald Tarentino Charitable Fund.
Ron Tarentino was an Auburn police officer and Leicester resident that was killed in the line of duty ten years ago at the age of 42. Although I did not know Officer Tarentino, my husband, John, is from Leicester where we have great friends and many terrific memories. Both Auburn and Leicester have supported the Tarentino Fund for years. I am excited to be a part of the effort to honor Officer Tarentino, and ask for your help by supporting my run at Falmouth on August 20th.
